Dr. Petra Bitzer-Gross

Partner

Studied business administration in Germany and in the USA and graduated with a MBA. She obtained a Doctorate in economics at the University of St. Gallen. She worked several years as a research assistant at the Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen. She then spent many years at UBS in Human Resource Management and has extensive leadership experience. She was responsible for the support of expatriates, led the College Recruiting and Marketing as well as the apprentices field, and finally for the recruitment for the whole of Switzerland. Furthermore, she was several years lecturer at the Zurich Universities for Applied Sciences (ZHAW and HWZ). Since 2011 she works with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, since 2015 as a Partner.

Jan Brinker

Partner

Jan Brinker began his career at Zürichsee-Schifffahrtsgesellschaft following an apprenticeship as a railway traffic technician. In 1998, he gained a Swiss federal professional qualification in human resources and, since then, has worked in various roles in human resources in the retail, media and wholesale sectors. He completed an Executive MBA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2012 and, in his master's thesis, drew up a strategic marketing concept for an HR department, taking into consideration the typology of C.G. Jung. From 2006 on he was Head of Human Resources and a member of the extended management team at Daimler in Switzerland (Mercedes Benz Schweiz AG). He has extensive management experience both in Switzerland and internationally. Since 2017 he works with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, since 2018 as a Partner.

Stefanie Rieger

Partner

Studied psychology (TU Darmstadt) in Germany and started her career in the Human Resources department of Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt. Later on she completed an Executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen and held several national and international HR Leadership and Management functions in
the fields of business consulting, tourism, financial services and ICT. She also led client projects in health care, engineering, and logistics companies. As Head HR of Kuoni Switzerland and later as Chief HR Officer of the European Division of Kuoni, she led the People Dimension of a variety of major business transformations and initiatives. Since 2019 she works with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, since april 2021 as a Partner.

Our clients are not young professionals and neither are our consultants. We all have proven professional and managerial background across various industries and additionally are qualified in HR, Psychology and/or Coaching. We have extensive expertise consulting to clients with high expectations. From our many years of professional experience as executives and consultants, we know and understand the business and employment market in Switzerland.

Dr. Stephan Bergamin

Senior Consultant

Degree and doctorate in business administration from the University of St. Gallen. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Stephan has 25 years of experience as CFO in stock-listed companies and large family businesses. In terms of industries he covers transportation, infrastructure/real estate and industry/technology. As Group CFO he has successfully led companies through critical business transformations. Stephan is author of books on 'Globalization and Digitalization', 'M&A/Integration Management' and 'Supply Chain Management'. In addition to his work for us, Stephan is an industry expert for private equity investors and start-ups, he serves as a lecturer, board member, and he advises companies on transformation and performance topics. He speaks German, English, French and Italian.

Anita Vogel

Senior Consultant

Studied at the University of Zurich (lic.iur.) and subsequently attained admission to the bar (Lawyer's license). She started her career in public administration in the legal department, took on her first management position in social security law and moved to human resources in 2012, where she headed the legal service and eventually the human resources department of the Canton of Zurich. In an honorary capacity, she also chaired a staff association and a sheltered workshop for people with mental disabilities. Anita holds an MAS in Philosophy and Management (University of Lucerne). In addition to her commitment for Dr. Nadig + Partner, she works as an independent management consultant.

Sandra Doldinger

Senior Consultant

Sandra studied psychology, psychopathology and social- and preventive medicine at the University of Zurich. In addition she holds a post-graduate degree as Master of Advanced Studies in Psychology of Career Counseling and is qualified in person-centered psychotherapy as well as relationship and family therapy. She worked as Social Integration Advisor and section leader at the Swiss Federal Disability Insurance for many years and has been practicing as an independent psychotherapist and career counselor for the last twenty years.

Gian Rossi

Senior Consultant

After a commercial apprenticeship at “Schweizerische Kreditanstalt”, Gian Rossi held various roles in securities management, payment transactions, IT- and controlling projects. He furthermore spent several years in a management support function of a front office unit. In 1998 he graduated with a B.Sc. from the “School of Economics & Business” (HWV), majoring in Banking and Finance. From 1998 onwards, he held various positions in private banking, both in Switzerland and Singapore. After returning from abroad, he spent 4 years working as regional manager for the German private clients-business of Crédit Suisse. From 2006 to 2020, he served as a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer. As regional CEO, Gian was responsible for the Swiss-, Central-, Northern- and Eastern European markets for Julius Baer. As chairman of the Board of Directors of the legal entities in London and Germany he was the key contact person for the respective Financial Market Supervisory Authorities. Apart from his activities for Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, Gian holds several Board of Directors mandates and acts as external advisor to a Single Family Office in the area of investment governance.

Dr. Barbara Aeschlimann

Senior Consultant

Career kick-off in Expat Managment with UBS more than 25 years ago. Different mandates in Employer Branding and project work with the goal to establish among the first shared services centers. Role as an HR Business Partner with Arthur Andersen AG interrupted by a short period as the HR responsible in the ‘Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich’. More than 10 years as an HR Director with EY, with full-fledged HR responsibility, including initiation, lead and implementation of transformations. Today acting as a board member and MD of the Swiss HR Assocation (ZGP). Executing various mandates like contributing as a member of the 'Geschäftsleitender Ausschuss FAA' at the University of St Gallen, being president of PERIKOM and member of the ‘EQUIS Institutional Accreditation system’. Master and PHD degree in Linguistics from University of Zurich.

Stephan Grötzinger

Senior Consultant

Stephan gained his Master of Civil Engineering from the polytechnical University of Zürich (ETHZ) and initially worked for several years as a project manager. Later, in 1996 he developed novel anchoring systems and co-founded Basys AG as a start-up. After having completed his MBA, he then joined the Electrowatt Group (now Afry), where he served as Managing Director responsible for Switzerland and various international subsidiaries. He then led TCS as CEO and was an executive board member of SBB Infrastructure. Stephan also holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (INSEAD) and a Coaching Certificate (INSEAD). In addition to his activities at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he works as an independent management consultant focused on organizational development, change management and executive coaching.

Adriano Rossi

Senior Consultant

After studying business administration in Zurich and starting his career in international banking, Adriano soon had the opportunity to follow his passion for "people and emotions" by entering the automotive industry. First in the import business, where he built up marketing for the Suzuki brand at a very young age, then from 1991, where he started his successful career within the AMAG Group.  He became the youngest member of the Management Board as Head of the Seat Switzerland brand and later - as Head of the VW Switzerland brand - he led the VW brand to No. 1 in Switzerland. In 2007, he moved to the AMAG Group's retail business, where he helped shape the new Group strategy. From 2009 to 2023 Adriano was in charge of building up the AMAG First business unit, where he developed the Porsche business and successfully launched and developed various communities, such as Racing, Classic and Ladies. In addition to his involvement with Dr. Nadig + Partner, he runs his own company and holds various advisory board functions, focusing on employee management, sales and marketing.

Caroline Keller

Senior Consultant

After her banking apprenticeship, Caroline worked as an investment advisor for several years. She then studied Business Computer Science (University of Konstanz) and Computer Science (Coventry University, UK). Caroline began her IT career at UBS in Zurich. In the following years, working at Ergon Informatik AG, she continued to handle projects in Banking and later in the ICT industry. Since 2005, she developed further in coaching, training, change management (MAS executive coaching, CAS coaching advanced) and set up the new Human Resource Development Unit. In 2009 she headed up the Training Department at the Academy of Avaloq Evolution AG.

Madeleine Rieder

Senior Consultant

Madeleine holds a degree in Educational Psychology (M.Sc.) and Communication from the University of Fribourg. After completing her studies, she joined a renowned international management consultancy, and over several years expanded her area of responsibility developing the Management Academy where she held various managerial positions. In 2013 she moved into the banking sector, and for the next seven years she was responsible for management development at the Raiffeisen Group. She has also completed various training courses in management and coaching. Madeleine completed a DAS in Bank Management at the Institute of Financial Services Zug in 2017. In addition to her work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG she has her own company focussing primarily on the areas of assessment and leadership development as well as training.

Stefan Poth

Senior Consultant

After completing an apprenticeship, Stefan Poth received an engineering diploma FH (esig+/comem+) at the University of Applied Sciences in Lausanne. His many years experience spans across consulting, editorial, publishing and as Managing Director of a media company. He has gained extensive experience through the start up of a number of reputable digital business projects. Over the last 20 years, Stefan Poth has been an active entrepreneur, founder and Managing Director of an Executive Search Consulting company specialising in marketing and communication. He also leads and lectures a course in Personal Branding at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration, and is a part-time mentor (50plus) at the RAV in Zug and Aargau. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he is active in executive search, and also certified as integral coach and nature coach in the area of deceleration and resilience.

Dr. Chris Bitzer

Senior Consultant

Chris studied and completed his Ph.D. in Business Economics at the University of St. Gallen. Subsequently, Chris served as head of global sales and CFO with an international sporting goods company in Germany. A change into the strategic consultancy practice followed when he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. Over the next 15 years he held various leadership positions within the Swiss Re Group. The last few years at Swiss Re he was a member of the Group Management Board and led the global HR function. He joined Dr. Nadig + Partner AG as a Senior Consultant in 2014 and is also a management consultant and sports mind coach for professional athletes.

Adrian Türler

Senior Consultant

Adrian completed his Master of Law (University of Zurich) and holds a Masters in Human Resources Management (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Nordwestschweiz). His professional career spans more than twenty years as Head of HR and includes senior management positions in national and international companies (EKZ, Burkhalter Group, von Roll/Innova and AE&E). Adrian holds an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, Adrian is an independent consultant in various national and international companies on issues of strategic HR management as project manager as well as ad interim HR manager.

Marcel Sonderer

Senior Consultant

After completing his commercial apprenticeship, Marcel spent a couple of years working in customer services of Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) before he eventually moved on to Banco dello Stato del Cantone Ticino in order to improve his language skills and learn more about the Swiss-Italian culture. He afterwards returned to ZKB as a trainer for sales & banking. Later he assumed a managerial role on the business side before he changed to HR management roles within the bank. In HR his main focus comprised leadership coaching, employee development and talent sourcing/recruiting. He furthermore took charge of ZKB's outplacement process. Marcel holds a banking diploma, a Master of Advances Studies in Human Resources Management and a CAS in Coaching. He works for us alongside his job as a coach (business and personal coaching combined with various outdoor activities). Marcel sat on the board of an LGBT Outdoor/Travel Company where he also serves as a travel guide.

Richard Scherrer

Senior Consultant

Richard studied Economics and Economic History at the University of Zurich. After training as a programmer/analyst, he moved into banking as a financial analyst for Swiss Equities at ZKB. Subsequently he headed the Business Training Department of SKA for five years before moving to the human resources department of the present CS in 1991. Until 2016, he held various managerial positions in HR and completed part-time management training at INSEAD (AMP 2001) and holds a Master in Supervision and Coaching (ZHAW 2011) as well as in-house training as a career advisor. Since 2007, he has focused his activities on consulting for professional reorientation. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he works as an independent coach.

Michal Chaimi-van Dijk

Senior Consultant

Michal holds an MA in Business and Economics from Zurich University (focus Human Resources Management). She spent ten years in the Banking and Energy business trading in Energy Derivatives. Since 2004, she has furthered her education in Psychological Counseling and Coaching and has spent several years working in HR Management at UBS. There she held positions in recruiting, as HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Michal holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Professional Coaching (University of Applied Sciences Nordwestschweiz) and in addition to her work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG is also an independent coach.

Dr. Matthias Kaiserswerth

Senior Consultant

Matthias studied Computer Science at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg and McGill University, Canada. He received his doctorate in Engineering from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He worked at IBM for 27 years, as a scientist as well as a key account manager. For over ten years he lead IBM's European Research Laboratory in Zurich. Additionally, as Technical Executive, he was responsible for career planning and the development of IBM's technical resources in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2015 he is Managing Director of the Hasler Foundation in Bern and works as Senior Consultant for Dr. Nadig + Partner AG.
