All of our consultants can call upon many years of professional and management experience in prestigious businesses, as well as advanced education or training in psychology and/or coaching.

Our management

Brigitte Reemts, lic. phil.
Managing Partner
Is a philosopher (Freie Universität Berlin) with extensive experience in leadership and management in the areas of project management, organisational management, quality management and personnel development. She directed the organisational development department at Zurich Life for several years, followed by the management services area of the Private Client business for Zurich in Switzerland. She obtained further training in the areas of organisation (Graduate Organiser), marketing (HSG) and coaching / systemic consultancy. Since 2002, she has worked in the outplacement consultancy sector, since 2007 as a Partner at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG. 
Dr. Petra Bitzer-Gross
Managing Partner
Studied business administration in Germany and in the USA and graduated with a MBA. She obtained a Doctorate in economics at the University of St. Gallen. She worked several years as a research assistant at the Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen. She then spent many years at UBS in Human Resource Management and has extensive leadership experience. She was responsible for the support of expatriates, led the College Recruiting and Marketing as well as the apprentices field, and finally for the recruitment for the whole of Switzerland. Furthermore, she was several years lecturer at the Zurich Universities for Applied Sciences (ZHAW and HWZ). Since 2011 she works with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, since 2015 as a Partner. 
Jan Brinker
Jan Brinker began his career at Zürichsee-Schifffahrtsgesellschaft following an apprenticeship as a railway traffic technician. In 1998, he gained a Swiss federal professional qualification in human resources and, since then, has worked in various roles in human resources in the retail, media and wholesale sectors. He completed an Executive MBA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2012 and, in his master’s thesis, drew up a strategic marketing concept for an HR department, taking into consideration the typology of C.G. Jung. From 2006 on he was Head of Human Resources and a member of the extended management team at Daimler in Switzerland (Mercedes Benz Schweiz AG). He has extensive management experience both in Switzerland and internationally. Since 2017 he works with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, since 2018 as a Partner. 

Our consultant team

Dr. Toni Nadig
Completed a bachelor’s degree in occupational and industrial psychology, followed by a doctorate in neuropsychology from the University of Tübingen. He also has FSP specialist psychologist status in career counselling and human resources psychology. For some years, he worked as a scientific assistant at the University Hospital in Zurich, where he also acted as careers adviser to people with brain injuries. Following a move into private industry, he was Director of Human Resources for a large Swiss insurance business, ran an assessment company for several years and was then Managing Director at the Zurich branch of DBM. He established his own business, Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, in 2005. 
Michal Chaimi-van Dijk, lic. oec. publ.
Senior Consultant
Holds an MA in Business and Economics from Zurich University (focus Human Resources Management). She spent ten years in Banking and Energy Business trading Energy Derivatives. Since 2004, she has furthered her education in Psychological Counseling and Coaching and has spent several years working in HR Management at UBS. There she has held positions in Recruiting, as HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Michal holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Professional Coaching (University of Applied Sciences Nordwestschweiz) and works in addition to her work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG as an independent coach. 
Richard Scherrer
Senior Consultant
Studied national economy and economic history at the University of Zurich. After a vocational training as programmer/analyst he changed into banking as a financial analyst for Swiss stocks at the ZKB. Subsequently, he managed for 5 years the economic education department at the SKA before he changed to the human resource department of today’s CS in 1999. Until 2016, he took on different executive functions in HR and successfully completed an extra-occupational education in management education at INSEAD (AMP 2001) and a master in supervision and coaching (ZHAW 2011) as well as an internal education as a career guide. Since 2007 he focuses his activities on the consulting to the professional reorientation. He works on the side of his activity at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG as a self-employed coach. 
Sandra Doldinger, lic. phil.
Senior Consultant
Studied psychology, psychopathology and social- and preventive medicine at the University of Zurich. In addition she holds a post-graduate degree as Master of Advanced Studies in Psychology of Career Counselling and is qualified in person-centered psychotherapy as well as relationship and family therapy. She worked as social integration advisor and section leader at the Swiss Federal Disability Insurance for many years and practices as independent psychotherapist and career counsel since twenty years. 
Caroline Keller, dipl. Inform. FH
Senior Consultant
After her banking apprenticeship she worked as an investment advisor for several years. She then studied Business Computer Science (University of Konstanz) and Computer Science (Coventry University, UK). She started her IT career at UBS in Zurich. In the following years, working at Ergon Informatik AG, she continued to handle projects in Banking and later in the ICT industry. Since 2005, she took classes in coaching, training, change management (MAS executive coaching, CAS coaching advanced) and formed the new human resource development unit at her employer. In 2009 she assumed control of the training area at the Academy of Avaloq Evolution AG. 
Dr. Chris Bitzer
Senior Consultant
He studied and completed his Ph.D. in business economics at the university of St. Gallen. Subsequently, Chris served as head of global sales and CFO with an international sporting goods company in Germany. A change into the strategic consultancy practice followed when he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Zürich. The next 15 years he held various leadership positions within the Swiss Re Group. The last years at Swiss Re he was member of the Group Management Board and led the global HR function. Since 2014 he works as a Senior Consultant at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG as well as a management consultant and a mental coach for professional athletes. 
Adrian Türler, lic. iur.
Senior Consultant
He studied and completed his Master of Law (University of Zurich) and holds a Master of Human Resources (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland). His professional career over more than twenty years as Head HR includes senior management positions in national and international companies (EKZ, Burkhalter Group, von Roll/Innova and AE&E). While working as a manager he absolved an Executive MBA (University of Zurich).
After starting his own business he worked as an HR Consultant for various companies in the field of strategic HR Management and HR Projects.
He works as a Senior Consultant at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG as well as ad interim HR Manager and project manager. 
Ruth Derrer Balladore
Senior Consultant
Ruth Derrer Balladore studied law in Zurich and was admitted to the bar in 1988. After 10 years at court, she then became staff manager in the ministry for Education in Zurich, followed two years by Human Resources Director of the Canton of Zurich. She worked as Human Resources Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2001 and 2002 before becoming a member of the Executive Board of the Swiss Employers' Confederation for a duration of 10 years for employer policies, specifically labor market participation of older employees, women and migrants. Besides her work with Dr. Nadig + Partner AG Ruth Derrer Balladore works part time as a judge at the labour court of Zurich and also teaches in the higher vocational training. 
Dr. Matthias Kaiserswerth
Senior Consultant
Studied Computer Science at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg and McGill University, Canada. He received his doctorate in engineering from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg. Worked for 27 years at IBM, as scientist as well as key account manager. For more than a decade he lead IBM’s European Research lab in Zurich. Additionally, as Technical Executive, he was responsible for career planning and development of IBM’s technical resources in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2015 he is Managing Director of the Hasler Foundation in Bern and works as Senior Consultant for Nadig+Partner AG. 
Maja Goedertier, dipl. psych. FH
Psychological assessments / Senior Consultant
Studied psychology at the Institute for applied psychology (now HAP) in Zurich. She works as an independent psychologist in the areas of individual assessment, career counseling, outplacement and coaching for women in leadership positions. She is a member of the Swiss Professional Association of Applied Psychology (SBAP) and is focused in particular on personnel diagnostics. Previously she worked as a marketing specialist (IFKS, Zurich) in the divisions marketing, organization and HR in the SME sector. 
Dr. Daniel Bärlocher
Senior Consultant
Has a bachelor’s degree in humanistic sciences from the University of Fribourg with a doctorate in the area of inter-culturalism. Has undertaken extended research visits to India, Nepal and Japan. From 1984 to 1991, he worked at Visa Center on IT and organisational matters and is qualified as a Psychotherapist SPV. Has run his own neuropsychotherapy practice in Zurich since 1991. Experience of outplacement consultancy and assessment. Lecturer on the MASP CC&HRM (Master of Advanced Studies in the Psychology of Career Counseling and Human Resources Management) course at the Universities of Bern and Fribourg. Specialist areas: pain, trauma und stress. 
Urs Flum
Senior Consultant
Studied business economy in Zurich and completed several internships in the USA, Poland, CSSR and GDR. One-year stays in England, France and Italy round off his international experience. He works since 1981 as Business Consultant with focus on business development, marketing/sales, organisation, personal consulting and recruiting, mainly in SMEs and occasionally in corporate groups. 1992 foundation of his own Consulting Company. Over 30 years of experience in Swiss market industries (technology firms, engineering/metal construction, electro engineering, technical trade/service businesses) with focus on succession planning, strategy and organizational development, recruiting and executive search. 

Our Administration

Kathrin Bürgi
Administration Manager
Commercial education with advanced training in business administration and marketing, and many years of experience in tourism and hotel industry. For several years, she led the international agency of Hotelplan in Bangkok, Kenya and La Reunion / Mauritius. In Switzerland, she was an executive assistant at the Sheraton Hotels, later became responsible for the purchase and production of city trips at Imholz. Since 1994, Kathrin Bürgi is the owner of BSZ Business Service AG and leads administration at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG.
