Our modular service offering comprises:

  • Advising management teams and/or the HR departments during planning and preparation for major job cuts. If required, we can also take care of the entire project planning and -management.
  • Preparation of managers for termination conversations
  • Participation in employee information events and, as required, first support and crisis intervention on site.
  • Conducting group workshops for employees affected by termination. Workshops may cover topics such as: "self-marketing", "developing and implementing a search strategy," "preparing for interview- and networking discussions". Support materials, templates, and access to best practice examples of professional reorientation are provided.
  • 1:1 consultations to discuss individual and confidential matters
